Spring is on it’s way, which means it’s time to think about transitioning your wardrobe. I’m about to toss away my Winter coats, and will be living in my trench coats from now on. I’m thrilled to finally put peep-toes, elegant thigh-highs and ballerinas back on my Winter-dry feet (note to myself; MUST book that pedicure asap).
I wanted to created a post to hopefully inspire you with some of my personal favorite Spring items and outfits! Pastels are always a go to in Spring fashion, but I also like to add more poppy colors like red and turquoise to make a statement. My trench coat is from Burberry – an investment piece for almost any season (Spring, Summer or Fall!). A trench coat is a classic, and I find it to match pretty much any item in my wardrobe. If it’s too cold for just a trench, I like to use a Spring colored fur, such as my pink Gucci faux fur. My thigh-high boots are from Christian Louboutin (the lace see-through) and Stuart Weitzman (the black). I got these limited edition CB-babies on sale from the flagship store on Madison Ave. They were the very last pair, (almost) my size… totally meant to be (although they run half a size too small, and I also remember not having enough money to pay my mortgage that month… Ahhh, Priorities!
I love thigh high boots, and adding them to your style can be such an exciting way to spice up your outfits. A total must-have for Spring season. My nude Louboutins with sparkles are the perfect shoe for any romantic or classy Spring outfit, I absolutely adore them, and love wearing them with tutus and sheer skirts. Both my bags are from Saint Laurent (- red and rose colored). My cardigans are both from Wildfox (white and light pink), my aqua skirt is from ASOS, and finally my grey dress is only $39 from H&M. I hope I have inspired you with some of my favorite Spring-outfits!
