Make My Much Healthier Margarita for Summer!

Wondering if you can enjoy a few cocktails while sticking to your healthy lifestyle? The answer is YES, you can have the occasional drink as long as you stick to a few guidelines.

Be sure to eat a healthy dinner before you enjoy your favorite cocktails. Always drink water between each cocktail, sticking to a 1:1 ratio. Limit to no more than 1-2 cocktails a night, only once a week, and choose spritzers and champagne when you can. Spritzers are made with 1/2 soda water and 1/2 wine or champagne, cutting the calories in half.
